On December 18, 2025, Shenzhen Farben Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Farbenelec”) and Singapore-based electronic components distributor GS Technology Pte Ltd (“GS TECH”) held the signing ceremony for their investment and acquisition agreement at the Pan Pacific Singapore. The two parties officially signed the agreement, through which Farbenelec acquires 100% equity of GS TECH. Farbenelec, together with GS TECH’s management and core business team, attended the ceremony to witness the signing.
This acquisition marks a significant step in Farbenelec’s international expansion and overseas business strategy. GS TECH possesses extensive localized operations and project experience in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian market, complementing Farbenelec’s channel network, customer service system, technical expertise, supply chain integration, and industry resources. The collaboration will enable Farbenelec to further expand its product portfolio, grow its customer base, and strengthen its business coverage and market penetration in Southeast Asia.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Farbenelec will provide GS TECH with management system and platform support, enhancing operational synergies across market expansion, product coverage, supply chain services, and overall efficiency. At the same time, GS TECH will retain its existing team structure, management approach, and business processes.
Following the signing ceremony, the core teams of both parties held discussions on post-merger integration plans and collaboration priorities, expressing confidence in the continued stable development of the Singapore team.
This acquisition marks a major milestone in Farbenelec’s international expansion. Leveraging this opportunity, the company will strengthen its overseas presence, drive the global reach of Chinese product lines, and empower domestic enterprises in their international ventures.
